Internal Medicine

A Hospital-Trained Internist Who Takes his Time to Sit With You.

Most primary care visits are 11 minutes. Yours isn’t. Dr. William Gaspar is a Board Certified Internal Medicine physician with 28 years in ICU, ER, and hospital medicine, and he now sees patients in a quiet Chandler clinic where the appointment lasts as long as the problem needs.

What We Treat

Internal medicine covers adult health from the routine to the complex. Common reasons patients come in:

  • Sick visits — infections, flu, strep, sinus, UTI, stomach bugs, rashes
  • Annual physicals and wellness exams — with lab work read the same week
  • Chronic condition management — high blood pressure, high cholesterol, type 2 diabetes, thyroid disorders, asthma
  • Fatigue, brain fog, and “something’s off” — when a standard panel came back normal and you still don’t feel right
  • Autoimmune and inflammatory conditions — in coordination with your specialists
  • Hormone and metabolic concerns — evaluated with labs before any treatment is recommended
  • Weight, nutrition, and lifestyle — medically supervised, not a template
  • Medication review — what you’re taking, what’s still needed, what might be interacting

If it’s an emergency, call 911. For everything else, start here.

Why an Internist

Family practice sees everyone. Internal medicine is adult medicine, and internists are trained to diagnose problems that don’t fit neatly in one box. Dr. Gaspar spent nearly three decades doing exactly that in hospital settings, where a missed detail has consequences. That same approach runs the clinic: history first, labs second, treatment after we know what we’re treating.

Medicine and Wellness Under One Roof

B Hive is where internal medicine and integrative wellness share a hallway. After your diagnosis, Dr. Gaspar can draw on IV therapy, hormone support, nutrition protocols, and other natural or integrative therapies that fit your case, and skip them when they don’t. You get a real medical workup and a wider set of tools, without being referred across town.

What a Visit Looks Like

Before: Book online or call. New patients complete a short health history. If you have recent labs or records, bring them or send them ahead.

During:  Your 30-minute visit, Dr. Gaspar sits with you to review your history, examine you, order labs if needed, and explain what he’s thinking in plain language. Then he works with you to choose the treatment plan that best fits your health, goals, and lifestyle.

After: Labs are drawn in-office. Results are reviewed with you, not just posted to a portal. Follow-up is scheduled only if it’s needed.

Why Patients Choose B Hive

28 years where the stakes were highest. Before B Hive, Dr. William Gaspar practiced Internal Medicine in ICU, ER, and hospital settings. That’s nearly three decades of diagnosing patients who were too sick to wait for a second opinion. He brings the same habit to a routine visit: nothing gets assumed, nothing gets guessed.

Board Certified in Internal Medicine. Internists are the specialists in adult medicine, trained to connect symptoms that don’t obviously belong together. When a patient has been told “your labs are normal” and still feels wrong, that’s the training that finds the answer.

What a Visit Looks Like

Before: A brief medical review — your history, medications, symptoms, and what you’re hoping to get out of it. First-time patients get more time and, when useful, lab work.

During: A licensed nurse places your IV and you settle into a heated massage chair. Most infusions run 30 to 60 minutes. Bring a book, take a call, or fall asleep. Most people do.

After: Many patients feel more hydrated and clearer-headed within a few hours. Effects related to nutrient repletion often build over the following days.

Walk-ins welcome. Booking ahead gets you a guaranteed chair.

Is IV Therapy Safe?

For most healthy adults, IV vitamin therapy is well tolerated. Risks include bruising, irritation at the insertion site, and, uncommonly, infection or an allergic reaction.

It isn’t right for everyone. Patients with kidney disease, congestive heart failure, or certain metabolic conditions can be harmed by fluid loads or high-dose nutrients. High-dose vitamin C is unsafe for people with G6PD deficiency, which is why we screen for it before administering it.

Screening like that is the difference between a clinic and a lounge. Our physician reviews your history before your first infusion, and we’ll decline treatment if it isn’t safe for you.
