Recharge Room
Five Recovery Therapies. One Quiet Room. 30 or 60 Minutes.
Most recovery tools are sold one at a time, in a different place, with a different appointment. The Recharge Room puts five of them together so you can walk in tired and walk out reset, on your lunch break if you need to.
Sessions are self-guided and private. A team member sets you up, shows you how each device works, and leaves you to it.
What’s in the Recharge Room?
Oxygen/Hydrogen Combination Therapy
Inhaled oxygen and hydrogen combination therapy is an emerging wellness approach being studied for its potential to support cellular health, reduce oxidative stress, and promote overall recovery. Oxygen supports normal cellular energy production, while molecular hydrogen is being investigated for its potential antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects
PEMF Therapy (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field)
A mat delivers low-frequency electromagnetic pulses through the body. Patients use it for muscle soreness, stiffness, and general recovery after training, travel, or long days on their feet.
Red Light Therapy
Panels emit red and near-infrared wavelengths that are absorbed by the skin and the tissue beneath it. Commonly used for skin tone, post-workout recovery, and joint comfort. No heat, no UV, no downtime.
Therapeutic Massage Chair
Full-body massage with adjustable intensity, from a light back-and-shoulder program to deep kneading. Most people start here and stay longer than they planned.
Sound Therapy
Immersive frequency-based audio designed to slow the nervous system down. Headphones or room speakers, your choice. Pairs with the massage chair or the PEMF mat.
Vibration Plate
Whole-body vibration for circulation, muscle activation, and a quick warm-up or cool-down. Short sessions, standing or seated.
Who It’s For
- Athletes and gym regulars who need a recovery day that isn’t a rest day
- Anyone sitting at a desk for eight hours and feeling it
- Patients pairing a session with an IV drip or weight loss visit
- Anyone struggling with chronic illness or fatigue
- People who want 30 minutes of quiet and a reason to put the phone down
What a Session Looks Like
Before: Arrive a few minutes early. A team member walks you through the equipment and helps you plan your time. First visit, we’ll ask a few quick health questions.
During: Move between therapies at your own pace. A 30-minute session usually covers two or three; an hour covers all five comfortably.
After: Most people describe feeling looser, calmer, and clearer. Effects from red light and PEMF tend to build with regular use rather than a single visit.
Is It Safe?
PEMF, red light, massage, sound, inhaled oxygen/hydrogen combination therapy, and vibration therapy are well tolerated by most healthy adults. PEMF is not recommended for people with pacemakers or implanted electronic devices. Vibration plates are not recommended during pregnancy or for people with recent fractures or acute injuries. If you have a medical condition, let us know at booking and we’ll tailor the session or have a provider review first. B Hive is physician-led, so that review is quick and in-house.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need an appointment?
Booking ahead guarantees your time slot. Walk-ins are welcome when the room is open.
Can I combine a Recharge Room session with an IV?
Yes. Many patients book the room right after a drip or injection. Ask at the front desk and we’ll schedule them back to back.
How often should I come?
For general recovery, once or twice a week is typical. For specific goals like training recovery or skin, regular use over several weeks shows the most benefit. A 5-pack is the easiest way to keep a routine.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing. Red light works best on bare skin, so bring or wear something you can adjust for the areas you want to target.
Is this covered by insurance?
No. Recharge Room sessions are direct-pay. Packs reduce the per-session cost.
Is the room private?
Yes. One guest per session unless you book together.
